Here’s what you need to know:

SIZING

The prints have been sized specifically to fit with common and readily available framing sizes, making it possible to purchase a frame directly from your local furniture or design store. There is no printed border, so the frame needs to fit perfectly and special care is needed to bring the print to its fullest potential in your space. Allow a few millimeter error due to manual measuring.
The frames pictured is for illustration purpose only, unless otherwise stated or requested.

PRINT QUALITY

Fine art photograph professionally printed on matte photography paper for rich vivid detail and archival longevity. Carefully shipped in a non-bending photo envelope or box for the larger prints. Prints are unframed/unmounted unless otherwise specified.

PRINT ONLY

Prints with no frame or mount are printed edge to edge; do not include a white border.
Prints 12 x 8 inch (30 x 20 cm) and smaller will be shipped in a flat, resistant postal envelope.
MATTE: printed on premium quality heavyweight fine art paper, archival and acid free for the maximum durability. It has a smooth, non-glare surface.
Due to different print size ratios, minimal cropping of the picture may occur.

MOUNTED PRINTS

The print is mounted on a white Mount (border). If you choose the Mounted option, the art print size will stay the same, but this will increase the frame size (for example for an A4 print (21 x 29.7cm/ 8.3 x 11.7 inches) , the mount will measure 30.5 x 40 cm/ 16 x 12 inches). Due to different frame size ratios, minimal cropping of the picture may occur.

CUSTOM ORDER PHOTO PRINTS

Ready to hang custom mounted and/or framed prints are also available. Custom sizes and individual prints also available. PACKAGING

Each print is safely sealed with protective film, bubble wrap and secured with a cardboard insert and/or cardboard backed envelope. Rigid cardboard boxes might be used for large orders.

DELIVERY

All photos are printed on professional fine art printing equipment and mounted by hand. If you are framing it yourself, you should be aware the print has a delicate surface and is best handled with care. Soft cotton gloves will help protect your print from fingerprints or scratches whilst mounting the print for hanging.

Production of the print usually takes under 3 working days and is shipped to you the same day the production is finished.

The cost of the print includes registered, secured, tracked An Post delivery across Ireland and Europe. Exceptions may apply for large orders.

Average shipping times:

Ireland: 2-10 working days
Europe: 2-14 working days

Delivery dates will vary depending on your location and any additional shipping service requested.

Arina Arlukova is a generational photographer and founder of Arlukova Studios, operating from Kilkenny, Ireland. All prints are proudly made in house and carefully mounted by hand.

Your satisfaction is important to us. In case there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

Our prints are custom made to order, we can’t accept returns or offer a refund for a change of mind.

Please ensure that your address has been entered correctly, as we are not able to reship or refund any lost items due to incorrect details. If the product is damaged in the mail, please send us photo verification of the damaged goods.
