Certain services do not have a fixed price due to their individual nature, tailored to individual clients. If you’d like to obtain the detailed rate information, reach out here.
How do I order prints?
You can request printing of your photos as an addition to your service directly from Arlukova Studios. After your digital photos are delivered you can pick your favorites to be printed, optional mounting and framing is available.
Alternatively, view ready-to-ship Prints available for sale. Email info@arlukovastudios.ie to purchase.
Payments & Deposits
Are deposits refundable?
Arlukova Studios takes deposits with each booking as a guarantee that your date will be held exclusively for you. Last minute cancellations and reschedules sometimes don’t allow enough time to re-book or find another client. These fees are non-refundable.
Can I pay after the event/photo shoot?
As a practice, Arlukova Studios requires the full amount paid before the delivery of the photos. Alternatively a payment plan can be put in place. Exceptions apply to payments for overtime, additional printed products, album upgrades and framing. If you have any concerns about payment schedule, reach out here.
How can I pay?
Payments can be made through PayPal, Visa or direct bank transfer.
Booking
How do I book my date?
You can start by filling out this contact form to provide details including your wedding/event date, location, and telling a bit about what you are looking for. Afterwards you will be send your wedding package options and schedule a time to talk — on a call, zoom, or in person — so you have the opportunity to ask any questions and your photographer can get to know you a bit more. If you decide you would like to move forward with securing the date, you will be send an agreement form for your review and submission as well as a request a retainer/deposit to secure the date.
How far in advance should I book?
Arlukova Studios does not pencil in or hold dates without a retainer/deposit and a signed agreement. Most of the couples planning a wedding make contact within a year of the day. Others plan it only a few months ahead. For a wedding, allow a minimum notice of a month. Same applies for engagement shoots.
For booking portraits, pet photography and branding services this time tends to be shorter – a couple of months or weeks ahead. Please allow at least 2 weeks’ notice.
Could you hold a date for me?
Unfortunately, not. Arlukova Studios works on first-come/first-served basis.
What’s your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
Arlukova Studios requires at least a two week notice for rescheduling or cancellation of photoshoots.
Cancellation of physical goods is not available if the product has already gone into production. If you have changed your mind, please get in contact as soon as possible to cancel your order.
What if a photo shoot runs past the booked time?
It’s understandable that not everything goes as planned during a wedding, outside shoot or pet portrait session. You will be asked at the end of your contracted time whether or not you would like to extend it. Arlukova Studios does charge overtime rate, so if you would like to continue, said rate wil come into effect, rounded to the closest 30-minute increment.
I want to take photos in a specific location, but I don’t know if I need a permit
Arlukova Studios would love to help you with this; however the answer is never definite. If for example, you’re getting married on-site, chances of needing a permit are small. If you’re switching locations throughout the day, there are many places that require you to get a permit. However, the permit has to be obtained by the client, not the photographer. If you require help with figuring out your location, reach out and share your ideas and thoughts.
Delivery
How do your Gift Certificates get delivered?
Every Gift Certificate includes free nationwide shipping – you will receive your gift certificate straight to your door! Alternatively, tracked shipping is available with an additional fee. Exceptions apply to orders containing additional prints and other products.
How will the photos be delivered?
The photos will be delivered to your email with a link to your online gallery and a password. From there, you can download your photos and order prints. Delivery is also available via USB memory sticks.
How long do I have to wait for my photos?
For Portraits, Pet Photography and Branding delivery times vary between 2 and 4 weeks, depending on the size of the project.
For weddings standard turnaround delivery time is around 90 days after the event date. You will receive a few “sneak peeks” throughout that time so you could share them right away!
How many photos do I get?
Please understand that the amount of final photos varies based on many factors: the length of the session, type of event, amount of coverage, weather. Every occasion is different and is captured to the best ability.
Average estimates include:*
Portraits, Pet Sessions, Branding Shoot, 1 Hour – 5 to 15 final images
Engagement Session, 1,5 Hours (90minutes) – 10 to 20 final images
Wedding, 4 Hours – 40 to 70 final images
Wedding, 6 Hours – 90 to 110 final images
Wedding, 12 Hours – 160 to 200 final images

Do you watermark your photos?
Arlukova Studios strongly believe you should have photos that are unmarked. Only places you will find the watermark is across Arlukova Studios work online and ready-to-buy prints in the shop.
Do you provide the original unedited photos, including the outtakes?
The photos delivered to you will be loosely edited, meaning basic fixing of light and color profile. From that selection you can pick what photos will go into final edit/cut.
Photos that are taken out are true outtakes: blurry photos, accidental camera fires, eyes-closed or someone-walked-in-front-of-the-camera shots. Everything else that is not an absolute duplicate will be included.
The final images in your gallery will be edited to improve lighting, contrast, sharpness, and color — all of which is a standard process for digital photographers. Therefore, the completely unedited images are not provided.

How do I order Framed Vows?
To get a quote, contact Arlukova Studios with all the relevant information – desired size, the image you’d like to use, etc. You will be contacted to go over everything in the detail in the coming days. A consultation might be needed to view samples of frames and designs of your print.
